為認真貫徹落實習近平總書記關于推動長三角一體化發(fā)展和應急管理、防災減災救災的重要講話和指示批示精神，推動長三角一體化應急管理協同發(fā)展，促進應急、安全產業(yè)轉型升級，提升應急防災減災和救援能力，營造全社會參與應急的濃厚氛圍，經長三角地區(qū)主要領導座談會商定，由三省一市合作舉辦長三角國際應急減災和救援博覽會。報經三省一市人民政府同意，并報備應急管理部，長三角國際應急博覽會由上海、江蘇、浙江、安徽三省一市應急管理廳（局）和上海市國際貿易促進委員會5家單位共同主辦，長三角區(qū)域合作辦公室作為支持單位。
第三屆長三角國際應急減災和救援博覽會將于2024年5月13日至15日在國家會展中心（上海）舉辦，展出面積10萬平米。博覽會由政府主導、市場化運作，辦展模式擬采取線下實體展覽和云上展覽相結合，通過“展覽、會議、活動、科普”等多種形式呈現。目前，該博覽會已成為國內規(guī)模最大、質量最高的應急救援展覽會。

二、2023年博覽會概述
第二屆長三角國際應急減災和救援博覽會于2023年5月8日-10日在國家會展中心（上海）圓滿落幕，涵蓋應急防災減災、綜合救援裝備、安全防護產品、安全產業(yè)服務、安全科普宣傳、應急管理成果等內容。本屆博覽會共有615家國內外應急領域代表性企業(yè)參展，匯聚行業(yè)頭部企業(yè)和各領域重點企業(yè)，展出面積8萬平米，共計81612人次觀眾，觀眾覆蓋全國應急管理和消防救援系統、科研院所、社會機構、外國駐滬領館和商協會，以及城市運行、安全生產、電力能源、公共交通、海事救援、消防救援、公衛(wèi)醫(yī)療、水務航運、食品衛(wèi)生、?；?、物流運輸、教育培訓、建筑樓宇、物資儲備等防災減災重點行業(yè)領域相關單位。
展會現場舉辦17場會議論壇類及60余場企業(yè)推介活動，論壇主題覆蓋建筑安全、核與輻射安全、實驗室安全、住建安全、知識產權、應急通信、主題市活動、新能源安全、智慧城市、防汛排澇、化工安全、安全生產、礦山安全應急、消防救援等。

Yangtze River Delta International Emergency Disaster Reduction & Rescue Expo（EDRR）aims to promote the transformation and upgrading of the safety and emergency industry in China, to enhance the emergency prevention, mitigation and rescue capabilities, and to create a strong atmosphere for the whole society to participate in emergency response.
A showcase that Chinese market is open and promises huge potential to the world, EDRR provides foreign businesses with access to market opportunities and facilitate exchanges between Chinese and foreign enterprises. Yangtze River Delta International Emergency Disaster Reduction & Rescue Expo (EDRR 2023) was successfully conculded on May 8-10, 2023 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). A total of 615 representative enterprises in the field of emergency and safety industry participated in the expo, bringing together the industry's head enterprises and key enterprises in various fields, with an exhibition area of 80,000 square meters. There were a total of 81,612 visitors during the three days of the exhibition, bringing full energy of the safety and emergency industry.
The exhibition site held 17 conferences and forums and more than 60 enterprise promotion activities. The forum topics covering building safety, nuclear and radiation safety, intellectual property rights, emergency communications, smart city, flood drainage, chemical safety, fire rescue, etc.
